Transport for Wales has launched its new WhatsApp number for customer enquiries, as the latest step in its commitments to transform the customer experience for the Wales and Borders rail service.

Transport for Wales is working around the clock to ensure the safety and wellbeing of key workers who are using their services, as part of its response to the coronavirus pandemic. 

From Monday 23 March, Transport for Wales will provide all NHS workers free travel to and from work until the end of  May on production of their NHS ID.
