For the first time ever, rail customers in Wales and the Borders can claim for delays of just 15 minutes.

MAYOR of Shrewsbury,  Councillor Peter Nutting has backed a Christmas railway safety campaign after trying to use the towns station whilst “intoxicated”.

Transport for Wales (TfW) is pleased to announce that it is moving to the “Delay Repay” scheme to compensate customers for unexpected delays and cancellations.

Rail passengers across Wales and its borders can look forward to the transformation of their rail services thanks to a £5 billion investment that will fund significant improvements to the frequency and quality of Wales and Borders services, as well as the creation of the South Wales Metro.
