Trespassing on railway lines in South Wales is more dangerous now than it has ever been, warns Transport for Wales (TfW) and the British Transport Police.

Transport for Wales (TfW) is reminding passengers of the importance of checking for the latest travel information with industrial action taking place this week. 

Augmented reality maps of six of Transport for Wales’ (TfW) biggest stations have been created to help passengers feel more confident when using the rail network.

A new community art project at Conwy Railway Station has engaged local students to help reduce trespassing on the lines.  

As part of Transport for Wales’ (TfW) Station Improvement Vision, work to deliver improvements to customer facilities at Chester station will begin next month.

Transport for Wales has teamed up with Wales’ leading walking charity, Ramblers Cymru to launch 22 new walks from railway stations across Wales.   

Passengers travelling from the South Wales Valleys to attend the Beyonce concert are advised to allow extra time for their journey as replacements buses are in operation on Wednesday (17 May).
