You can now get help to book your fflecsi bus journey at libraries across Ebbw Vale.

Passengers can now get help to book a ride on fflecsi in Blaenau Gwent as Transport for Wales, in partnership with Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and the fflecsi technology provider Via, introduce a new online booking facility at a number of local libraries.

Transport for Wales (TfW) is working in partnership with TrawsCymru to enable customers to travel between South Wales and Aberystwyth with a single ticket, saving both money and time.

Launched on Saturday 31 July, the new pilot T10 TrawsCymru bus service will run from Bangor to Corwen providing a more sustainable way of travelling in and around Snowdonia National Park. Local bus operators K&P Coaches and Llew Jones have won the contract to operate this new service.

Transport for Wales, in partnership with Newport City Council and Newport Bus, is undertaking a huge expansion of the fflecsi service, meaning that a fleet of 9 small brand new buses will now serve the whole of Newport.

Transport for Wales is working in partnership with local councils and bus operators to launch a pilot project that will allow people to request a bus to pick them up near home, work or shops for essential travel.

11 September 2019 saw councils across Wales and Transport for Wales launch one of Wales’ largest public engagement programmes aimed to renew all green coloured bus passes across Wales. The response has been exceptionally high with thousands of bus users wanting to apply for their new- style cards straight away.
