The new board members will join Transport for Wales’ Interim Chair, Nick Gregg and current board members Martin Dorchester and James Price. Board members Peter Kennedy and Brian McKenzie will step down following the board’s next meeting on 2nd July.

The new board members, who will attend their first board meeting on 2nd July, are:

• Sarah Howells, Head of Customer Service at Welsh furniture manufacturer, Orangebox.
• Nikki Kemmery, Head of Health and Safety at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water.
• Alison Noon-Jones, Human Resources Director at Leidos Europe.

With the new operator and development partner for the Wales and Borders rail service and South Wales Metro having recently been appointed, Sarah, Nikki and Alison join the board at a pivotal time. They will strengthen and diversify Transport for Wales’ board, bringing a wealth of valuable expertise and experience in customer service, health and safety, and human resources.
