What is fflecsi?
fflecsi is an on-demand, flexible service ran in partnership with Transport for Wales, local councils and bus operators. Rather than have a fixed route or timetable, fflecsi offers flexible travel in designated service areas.
You can book fflecsi buses to get picked up and dropped off within designated areas.
What is fflecsi replacing in my area?
The B36 and B37 bus services are becoming fflecsi Rhayader.
What areas will fflecsi Rhayader cover?

What can I use fflecsi for?
Use fflecsi as you would a regular bus service. Whether you need to travel to medical appointments, want to go into town for some shopping or want to explore a new area for a day out, fflecsi can get you there.
How do I pay for a fflecsi bus journey?
- In advance through the app
- On board using contactless or cash
- Using Tap on, Tap off - tap your contactless card or device when you board and again when you get off.
Can I use my concessionary travel card on board?
Yes, concessionary bus cards can be used with fflecsi.
Does the Young Person Bus Fare Scheme apply for fflecsi?
Yes, 5-21-year-olds in Wales can get £1 bus singles and £3 day tickets on-board fflecsi bus services. 16-21-year-olds will need a mytravelpass to show proof of age.
