WhatsApp-ening?
You can now directly message the Transport for Wales Rail Services team using WhatsApp for real time assistance! All you need is a mobile number and the app. The team are available on
07790 952507 between the hours of:
07:00-20:00 Monday to Friday
08:00-20:00 Saturdays
11:00-20:00 Sundays
All aboard with our journey checker
Journey Check tool is a service that provides live updates on disrupted and cancelled trains in the palm of your hand. You can choose to receive your updates via a combination of emails and/or SMS text messages to suit your needs.
The service is free (apart from the cost of one initial phone number confirmation text message).
